Chapter Six: Good GirlThe first thing she notices when she wakes is that she's completely naked. The second is the arm around her waist and the inferno against her back. She wonders if she can wriggle her way out of his grasp without waking him up, but his lips are on the back of her neck and she realizes he's already awake.
"How're you feeling?" he asks.
"Embarrassed," she says honestly. "I wasn't- I didn't know what I was thinking, coming here," she blurts, and then quickly adds, "Thank you."
"For what?"
