We all enjoyed a nice dinner together, everyone seemed to enjoy the castle and the history of the place. Madeline seemed to have come alive being here. She looked full of life and finally healthy. I loved seeing this. Everyone spent the evening full of laughter with Joshua and Jax feeding off of each other's crazy energy. Those two should be kept apart, I thought, laughing. When dinner ended, everyone retired. Most were still tired from the journey, and I know Joshua could not wait to get Meg alone finally.
I smiled at Madeline. Her cheeks had a beautiful pink color to them from laughing. "You look beautiful, Angel." I said softly, kissing her.
"This place feels like it is infused with magic." She replied.
"It is now that you are here, my love," I said, knowing it was true. S
