Lynn steps back after slapping Sonya. The women glare at each other, sizing each other up. There are quiet cheers of encouragement in the crowd, but most silently watch the match unfold.
Sonya starts to move around the ring, and Lynn does the same. They circle each other in an attempt to assess any strengths and weaknesses. Lynn stops moving and puts herself into a fighting stance. Sonya follows suit, glaring at Lynn. “WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR B***?! IS THE MIGHTY BETA SCARED TO MAKE A MOVE?”
One thing that bothers Lynn is being called out. She’s fighting her natural impulse to strike out of anger. She doesn’t want to be the first one to strike, even though Sonya is begging to get popped.
