Josephine has been livelier after Jonas’s meeting. I was tempted to call him and question him on what they discussed that elevated her mood like this, but then I decided against it. Their friendship is one only they can understand. If anyone tries to understand them, it might lead to decisions that might hurt everybody in the end.
