The new year is approaching. I’m so excited because not only do I get my title finally, but I don’t have to reject my fated mate. That goes without saying that Dina will not be the Luna of my pack. I spoke with the elders after they met Scarlett and asked if we could hold off on our ceremonies so that Scarlett could actually acclimate to not only living and duties in the packhouse but also the ropes of being Luna. She is coming along better than I imagined. She and my mother are really good together and it gives me a sense of pride and relief. My mom is a tough crowd so I’m actually more than happy that Scarlett could get through to her. The full moon is on Friday and it’s Tuesday. My mom and Scarlett’s mom are with her making the finishing touches for her luna ceremony dress. M
