POV Hailey Two days had passed since then. When I woke up again from the soft and warm bed, I felt completely energized. I was certain that I had fully recovered. However, Nash obviously didn't think so. As I stretched my feet out from under the covers, wanting to sneak out of bed quietly, Nash would always grab my ankle precisely. "Oh no, Hailey, you can't do that," Nash said, his broad hand tucking my feet back under the covers and smoothing the corners of the quilt. "You're still sick, baby. You can't be so reckless."
