Thinking about the man who hurt Hailey and Mellie made my blood boil.
I wanted to tear him to pieces.
Because of this traitor, I couldn't trust anyone else to take care of Hailey and Mellie. Fortunately, Mark was here. It was the perfect opportunity.
Without hesitation, I responded, "Okay, I'm coming now."
Hanging up the phone, I entrusted Hailey and Mellie to Mark.
"Please take care of Mellie and my mate. I'll be back soon, and during my absence, don't let anyone come near them. Virgil will be here soon to help protect them."

Knowing everything was arranged, I changed clothes and drove to my estate in the mountains.
