In that instant, a peculiar scent filled the room.
Nash felt a strange, inexplicable stirring within him, just like when he first met that woman.
But when the girl's face appeared, it felt like a splash of cold water, completely dampening his spirits.
The girl had the same golden hair as he did, but her eyes were a plain light brown.
If she were a descendant of the Anders family, her eyes should have been a striking green.
This girl was clearly the woman's child, but not his.
Nash's gaze turned cold, and at the next moment, he heard another familiar voice from outside the door.
"Sorry. My daughter was a bit too eager and barged in."
The woman's voice was soft and sweet. As soon as he heard it, he detected the scent of morning dew in the air, even stronger than he remembered.
Although Anna had been pushed aside, she noticed the change in Nash's groin at this moment!
For so many years, Nash had shown no reaction in front of her, yet now, he was aroused just by hearing another woman's voice!
Anna was nearly driven mad with jealousy, her eyes flashing with malice.
That woman's daughter could not be allowed to enroll!
"Oh, dear, you've come to the wrong place. This isn't the admissions office."
Anna quickly turned, trying to shoo Hailey and Mellie away before they could enter.
But Nash suddenly stood up, striding past her and reaching Mellie. "I'll take you to the enrollment office."

Hailey's Perspective
The man's voice was deep and husky, full of magnetism, making me blush just standing outside the door.
When Mellie knocked, I already heard a woman's moans from inside.
It wasn't hard to guess what the two inside were up to!
I had tried to stop Mellie, but she was too quick.
This was bad. The man, interrupted during his pleasure, would surely be furious!
As I was thinking this, a tall, muscular figure, possibly over six feet, emerged from the room!
He was incredibly handsome, with a fit body, a crisp white shirt, golden hair, and piercing green eyes.
I couldn't help but cover my mouth.
Because I suddenly realized... He looked remarkably similar to my daughter Mellie!
"Ma'am?"
His features were sculpted like a statue, and he frowned slightly, looking a bit impatient. "The enrollment office is on the third floor. I'll take you up."
He seemed particularly fond of Mellie, glancing down at her several times as we walked.
My heart pounded in my chest as a terrifying thought formed in my mind.
That night... Could this man be...? No, it couldn't be that coincidental! I couldn't panic!
As the man led Mellie into the elevator, his large frame made the space feel cramped.
I stood in front of him, feeling his intense gaze on me, as if it could set me on fire.
"Ma'am, are you wearing perfume?"
My face turned red, thinking there was something odd about my scent. "I was baking bread at home for my daughter..."
Unseen by me, his green eyes burned with desire.
Nash stared at the nape of her neck, fighting to control his instincts and not kiss the back of her neck.
Damn it.
Why was she so enticing?
"Is it the bread smell, sir?" I asked again, turning to face him.
The man suddenly covered his mouth and nose, retreating as if to avoid an unbearable scent. He took two steps back.
"Oh, Moon Goddess, stay away from me!"
His expression made me feel insulted.
"Sir, it was just bread!"
I stepped forward. "I doubt the smell is that unbearable."
Nash felt he was reaching his limit.
Yet Hailey kept moving closer, filling the small space with her intoxicating scent, pushing him to the brink of losing control.
He suddenly grabbed her waist, pulling her into his arms, burying his face in the most fragrant spot on her chest.
"Hey!" My face turned crimson, feeling his hard body pressing against me.
That bulge was... massive!
This was crazy! In this small elevator, Mellie could see us at any moment. I glanced nervously at Mellie.
Just then, I heard his raspy voice coming from between my breasts. "Don't move! If you don't want your daughter to know, stay quiet! I just need to breathe you in a little longer... to calm down."
His hot breath spread across my chest, making me shiver.
God, he was intoxicating. Just being near him made my whole body heat up.
I wanted to push him away, but with Mellie right there in the elevator, I couldn't make a sound.
"Mommy, is he feeling sick?" Mellie asked, noticing our strange position.
I smiled, trying to reassure her. "Yes, he feels a bit dizzy. Mellie, can you wait for Mommy outside?"
Mellie, without suspicion, obediently ran out as soon as the elevator doors opened.
At that moment, the man released me.
"Sorry. I had a sudden attack... You're here for enrollment on the third floor, right?"
I saw the sweat on his forehead and the veins bulging on his neck. He hadn't actually done anything inappropriate, so he probably had a genuine condition, not just some uncontrollable desire.
"Yes, sir."
"Are you a single mom?" he asked again.
I frowned. "Why does that matter to you?"
The man's expression turned serious. After a long pause, he spoke quietly, "I have a well-paying job available. The scent of your 'bread' helps my condition. Think about it if you need a good salary to support your daughter."
