Extra Efforts.

Hannah and I headed back to the office, after I managed to call for another maid to come over to the hotel to take care of the kids.
“I'm sorry I made you do work that you didn't even have to,” I said, and she flashed me a small smile as she ran her hands through her ponytail.
“You really don't have to, ma'am,” she whispered. “You've been so busy, and besides. The kids are beauties.”
“Thank you,” I said, unable to hold back my prideful smile. “They're mother is so proud of them.”
