Something didn’t seem right with the way Waylon reacted. I had sedated him due to his state, the loss of one's mate would have been too much to handle. Most of the time when someone loses their mate, well, the other mate always dies from a broken heart. It was well known and it was something I nor Queen Alice would want to risk.
Waylon was strong and had people who cared too much about him. I believed he could pull through and so did Queen Alice. I know he can pull through. His mate wasn’t awake when he found her, so he couldn’t of built an actual solid bond, however he did have a bond with her. The mate bond he would have felt was the bond he would have been connected to upon meeting.
