Alice POV.
The ringing in my ears blocked out all sounds. I painfully lifted myself up and scanned my surroundings. I was not in the ball room and Waylon was not beside me. No one was here, in this very familiar place. I turned to my right and saw the familiar crystal ball. The light of the crystal ball instantly reminded me of the one that knocked me off my feet.
"It's begun." The voice of Eliphas came from behind me.
