Alice's POV.
I lost sight of him but I felt him. That pull I always felt when he was near, but it felt a little bit different. It was faint but it was there. Just when I thought he was well out of my sight, I felt a different aura towards him. One that was also familiar. I didn’t quite understand how I could feel the auras of one when I knew this was a vision. That this was something that was yet to come. I halted as I heard a familiar voice of the other aura I scented.
"Good," he said. "It worked." Then I felt death lingering in the air.
I stepped out from between the trees and saw him. Crowley. It was a small clearing, he stood over my mate, Leo. He was on the ground unconscious.
