After what had happened, Waylon insisted that we conclude the trip due to my safety. We had been everywhere my ancestors had been, minus the Wendigo’s and Fae’s home. As the new queen it was something my fathers and his before him has done in the past. Waylon didn’t want to risk my safety after I had been gone almost an hour in the fog. Once the healer had examined me, Waylon opened up a portal so that we could return home quickly and safely.
