The day is slow and even the fact that I started to turn some of Ash’s ideas considering Ruby boys into life, didn’t make it better. I couldn’t even catch a glimpse of Desmond in the halls and it made me sad.
However, I do understand why he is avoiding me. And I need to put an end to this! Because I need him. Now more than ever!
Luckily, the last lesson of today is the General Battle Training, which he is supposed to supervise in person. And I will just have to grab the chance and speak to him when I can.
Before the training, Lea pops by as I asked her to. Odrin and I meet her at the spectators’ seats and hang out with her, while my classmates make silly attempts to engage with us in any way. All of which we ignore and even Odrin now seems to be annoyed with his buddies.
