After being surrounded by vampires because Keith is a coward I am assisted home. Images of Cadence as a baby, a child and just a few years ago flash thru my mind. I watch as they continuously inject my daughter with vampires venom. This has me angry to the point I want to turn around and go right back to the vampires land and kill them in the shape I'm in. The warriors are curious as to what's going on and I can see it on their faces. "Once I talk to Aurora and Cadence if she gives me the okay I will tell you. I need to figure out exactly what was playing in my head. I kept seeing them injection Cadence with venom and other things happened in these visions. That's all I can give you right now. When we get home you pull everyone including the one gas out to the training fields and send someone to bring the North Moon pack including Alhpa Clyde and Luna Bonnie here. We all train together and we all fight together" I say.

My mate meets us at the border and I slowly walk towards her as the broken bone in my leg shifts with every step I take. I notice she has been crying and ask I go to ask she says "Did you see Kat's memories?"

"Those inages were actually real" I ask dumbfounded as I feel my rage start to boil.

"Yes Damen. they used our daughter as a test subject and let that vampire claim her. She used our daughters crying and screaming begging him to stop and get off her, that it hurt as a PO** for her and her mutt" she cries harder with every word.

"Where is she? Where is Kat? is Lucy okay? Oh my goddess where is our daughter" I don't even breathe between words. "I should have been here for her. "We never should have left her" Aurora breaks down in my arms. I sit on the ground holding my mate for what seems like an eternity.

"Alpha Christian is on his way to get the North Moon pack. We need to go get your leg set before it heals wrong" my beta Jeremy says.

I forgot my leg and all of my pain in the time I've been consoling my wife and trying to manage my anger and calm Elaric down. "You're right. Sweetheart will you accompany me to the hospital. After they set my bone I'd like to have a word with Kat" I say.

"That's not possible" my wife says.

"And why not. I'm going to finish what I should of when she defended Keith when he murdered my father" I say.

"Cadence. That's why. She already gave Kat what she deserved" she says.

"I need to see Lucy. she needs me. My leg can wait. Help me find Lucy sweetheart" I say to her.

"She asked to be alone for awhile. I told her to at least let Johnny be with her so she has some comfort. Let's get your leg set and cleaned up then we'll tell her your home" she says as she leads me into the hospital and on to a gurney. Doctor Cameron is already waiting and takes me for an x-ray to know just how bad it actually is.

"Well Damen good and bad news. Bad news is both bones in your leg are snapped in half good news is all I have to do is line them up and cast ir. Being with Aurora if you take it easy within three days you'll be healed. If you dont rest and your up training or out for a run it'll take much longer" Doc Cameron says as he begins setting my leg.

Johnny's POV

Lucy has been in the shower scrubbing herself for thirty minutes now and I can hear her crying. I pick the lock and let myself in. "Baby can I come in. We can talk if you'd like or I can just come in and hold you. But please let me be here for you" I say.

"You can get in with me" she says although there's a new hesitation in her voice. I climb in behind her careful not touch her and all my wolf wants to do is take control and mate with her as do I. I understand she may need time before I can touch her after seeing her memories that she had lost until now. I notice her skiing is red and raw looking from washing herself over and over again and her eyes are swollen and red from crying.

"How" I reply. as her fingertips trail lightly up my back. I took my wrap off and being with my mate my injury is now just a small hole that j taped a piece of gauze over before getting in.
