Chapter 3: work, meeting.

(Masons POV)
I woke up very early the next morning, because of my meeting, I got to the office and saw a pretty girl, “good morning sir” she greeted, are you the new secretary?? I asked, avoiding her greetings, “yes sir” she replied.
Have you gone through my rules and regulations?, I asked, looking straight to my system?
Without taking a glimpse of her, “yes sir” she replied. Good, now get to work, I said, and she walked off to her duty post.
The meeting was successful, and we struck the deal, I called my friends, “hello” he replied from the other end of the line, man I've hit the jack pot, I shouted.
“Woooo.!, chill man you almost blocked my ear with that shout” he said, I chuckled, “so where are we going to celebrate it?”, he asked, “at our spot, you know?" I replied.
“I know you want to go and screw some bitches, I pity the unlucky one today”, he said, laughing historically.
“You know what I can do buddy, there is this one girl I would like to teach a lesson, for embarrassing me the last time I went to the club,
I complained to the club owner, but I need to go teach her a lesson myself”.
She's so cute and sexy but arrogant as well, I will make sure I screw some nut out of her, I said with a wicked smirk on my face”.
“You should really forget about that girl okay, she's not the only one in that club, just go for another one okay?” my friend said.
Do you know my problem with you? I asked. “Yes I'm too good, I know that's what you want to say, but you should actually stay out of troubles and respect people's personal decisions”.
"She must have her reason for reacting that way”, he said. Please pastor Ben, thanks but save the sermon for someone else, I don't need it, see you at night for the party” I said rolling my eyes.
Before he could say something else, I dropped the call, went back to my office to finish the remaining work.
(kims POV)
I got to the address Ma Elizabeth gave me, “OMG.!!” I exclaimed, wow, what a mansion this woman is freaking rich, I went to the entrance and rang the bell door.
A young girl of my age dressed in uniform opened the door, she must be a maid "hi can I help you?” she asked waking me up from my thought. “Huh” I replied aching my eyebrow, "how may I help you?” she said again.
Oh, sorry, I'm here to see Ma Elizabeth. “Does she know you're coming?”. She asked,” yes, sure she does. I answered, “okay, let me find out from her”. She closed the door, and came back in a few minutes later.
“You Can come in” she said, I went with her, I almost fell because I was fantasying on the house, the house was so big and beautiful.
“You can wait here, she's coming” she said and left, I just nodded, and continued my stares.
Minutes later, Ma Elizabeth came down, and I went to give her a hug.
She smiled widely at me and said, "you're welcome dear, have a sit” I sat down, and she also did.
“How's your mom”? She asked. She's fine Ma, thanks, I replied.
“ Okay, this is the admission letter, into the best college in town and also like I said earlier, you will be working with my son okay. She asked handling me the admission papers, yes Ma, I answered while collecting it."
“Let me take you to my son's house, regardless of what he does, stand up for yourself okay??,
I'm giving you the permission, he can be a jerk sometimes, I can see you're a brave girl” she said winking at me.
What does she mean by that, I thought, “let's go” she said, and I followed suit, we went into her car and drove off.
We didn't say a word to each other, we drove for about 30 minutes, before the car came to a hut.
We got down and went inside the house, his house was also big, but his parent's own was a little bigger,
we got to the sitting room and sat down, “feel at home dear, this is now your new home okay” she told me, giving me all the confidence I needed for this job.
Thank you ma, I answered, with excitement, “tomorrow the driver will take you to school with one of the cars”. Okay, Ma.
Thank you again for all you've done for me, I don't know how I can ever repay you, I said with tears in my eyes.
“ You don't need to repay me, just take care of my son, I'm leaving him in your care now, it's getting late,
I would've introduced him to you, but since his not yet back, I think you will have to introduce yourselves, I need to make dinner for my husband”.
She said, hugged me and left, wow, she's just an angel, I felt nervous to meet this her son.
(mason POV)
After work, I drove home to prepare for the club, I got to the house, went inside my room to freshen up,
I need to get dinner from the eatery since mom said I won't be eating at there again. Coming downstairs, I could perceive food aroma all over the living room.
Who could be cooking, i don't have a chef, I only have cleaners and security men, or has the girl mom talked about arrived?? I asked myself.
The dinning table has been set and there's food on it, I went there, opened the food, oh it smells delicious, and the food looks so tempting.
I cupped a spoonful of the meal into my mouth, wow, this is the most delicious meal I've ever tasted, I ate it like a hungry lion, and before I know it, I'm done with the food.
What if the food was poisoned?? I asked myself, well, I don't care anymore, the food is already in my Tommy, whoever this person is, I will meet you when I come back.
I ran out of the house, straight to my friend's house to pick him up for the party.
