Chapter 1: hospital

(Kim POV)
“Mom what's wrong?”
I received a call from the hospital, rushing down, I saw my mom on the hospital bed.
“Mom, what happened to you?” I reintegrated,
“I fell from the ladder and the doctor said I won't be able to walk again” my mother said while weeping.
The doctor discharged my mom the following day, and we went home, “mom don't worry you've been there for me all through my life, it's my turn to take care of you now that you're in need
I will seek employment, so I can take care of our needs” I said.
The first interview I went for, wasn't successful to get the because I'm not yet done with college, all the places I went to look fie job didn't employ me, looking so frustrated on my way back home,
I saw a notice about a job opportunity at a club as a stripper,
I decided to try my luck since I didn't have any choice at that point, when I got to the club, I met the owner (Mr. Born).
He scanned me from my head to my feet and then said, “you are qualified for this job, hope you can do it?”
Then he puffed smoke out of his mouth towards me, I almost choked, but I had to behave and pretend I liked it, at least that was how badly I required the job.
Tho, I would rather not do such a job but at that point I didn't have a choice, and needed money so badly
The owner (Mr. borne) called one of the girls Rebecca, she was a tall girl with blond hair and light skinned, “take her to the changing room and dress her up, she's our new worker”.
When we got to the room, they dressed me up in a stripping costume, which reviewed most of my body part,
then went to the stage.
(Mason POV)
Mom, dad, can you guys stop this already…?? I said angrily, you're pestering me with this your marriage stuff, I've told you a million times, when I see the right girl I'm going to get married for crying out loud.
“ No mason you don't get it, we're your parents, and we know what's best for you, you're our only son we are not getting much younger,
we need grand children, mason, and you're the only one to make that happen, we won't rest until you give us grand children” mom said.
“Yes son we're your Parent, and we know what's good for you darling, stop all this lifestyle and become responsible for once, you're the CEO of our family's company, and you have to be responsible”.
Really? Dad! Mom! You guys should stop pestering me, for crying out loud, I would rather not get married.
And I'm done with this conversation, I picked up my car key and left to cool off my head from my parent's taunts,
(in the car) what do they mean. Gosh, those two are something else, I wonder how I'm going to put up with them for long,
I got to the club, got down and headed to the entrance, when I got inside, I already have girls hovering around, I ordered for a drink,
when I took my first sip, I look up on the stage to find the most gorgeous and amazing girl I've ever seen, I opened my mouth so wide, “OMG” I exclaimed, I couldn't help but drool over this girl, "WTF” I cursed.
“Rebecca” came, but she's an old customer, and I'm sick of her, trying everything possible to do me notice her,
but all my attention was on this new girl, undressing her with his eyes and thinking of what I'll do to her.
Then I saw her leaving the stage after her performance, you approached, "how much for a night?”
I said, but she ignored me and kept walking, hey I'm talking to you., I walked faster and blocked her from making any move, how dare you walk out on me? Do you know who I am.? I asked angrily.
(Kim POV)
On my way to change back to my clothes after my performance, somebody approached me and was saying rubbish, asking how much I will take for a night.
“What rubbish, who does he think I am.??" A prostitute or what? I asked myself, I walked out on him, then he blocked my way, “how dare you walk out on Mr.?, do you know who I am.?” he asked.
That was it, I can see my anger boiling, “what's your freaking problem?” I yelled, he came closer and was about kissing me when I pushed him away and gave him a hot sounding slap on his face.
“You slapped me? I will make you regret this” he said angrily and left, I won't take any sheet from anybody,
I went to receive my payment, the owner of the club (Mr. borne) said, “due to your misconduct towards our richest customer,
we are sorry we don't need your service here anymore” I think he must have told him to fire me, what a jerk.
“What a freaking mosquito” I cursed, how can I be hired and gets fired at the same day, “OMG”? I'm doomed, I thought, he gave me my payment for the day and I left?
On my way back I couldn't help but think of how I and my mom will survive without money, oh lord, please send an angel to our rescue.
(Monday morning)
(mason POV)
It's already 8:am prompt, the alarm kept buzzing making my ears hot, I groan in anger and threw the alarm against the war,
“why can't you let me sleep in peace?" I asked the alarm as though he could hear me. I laid down for a while.
Then stood up and went to brush, take my bath, after preparing for work I went downstairs for a cup of coffee, I took a sip and threw the cup of coffee on the floor, what's this?
Huh! You want to kill me with this poison you called coffee? Make sure you leave this house before I get back, you're fired. I yelled at the maid and stormed out of the house for work.
“Good morning sir” all my workers greeted, but I didn't have time to answer anybody, getting to my office,
I picked up my telephone and called my secretary, why didn't you email me what I asked you to on Saturday?” I asked.
“I received a phone call that my dad is critically ill, so I rushed down to the hospital, I was with him all through, that I forgot sir, I'm sorry I will do it right away sir”
My secretary answered with a fearful voice, who cares.
I pay you for this job, and you're giving me the lamest excuse on the planet, you're incompetent for that reason you're fired, “please sir”,
trying to plead, but my voice stop him half way “my decision is final, now get out of my office”, and he hurried away.
I picked up my phone and called the manager “hello I need a new secretary before tomorrow” I ended the call, well, that's me, a little mistake from you, and you're out.
