Of course, I regretted having s*x with Chris immediately it was over. It got even worse when I woke up the next day with Chris by my side. It felt like I had been drugged because I slept for so long. I gave in to sleeping because I wasn’t ready to go back to the dark moon pack with a marked neck.
It was when I woke up, realization dawned on me. I was marked and not only that, I spent the night when Lucas knew I was leaving the pack. I also kicked him hard on his legs when he tried to kiss me.
I reached for my phone to check the time. I was distracted when I realized the amount of missed call I had. My heart dropped and then it raced. 16 missed call from Lucas!
What was he going to do to me if I showed up after missing for a day? He wouldn’t only be mad that I slept out, but
