I am Clare Clark, once the daughter of my late Alpha father. He was the Alpha of the blue sky pack before he was killed by Lucas' father Audrie, the former Alpha of the Darkmoon pack
I stare at the mirror in front of me, rage visible in my dark eyes as the maids prepared my hair and did my makeup. It was the deal day finally. The day I had been waiting for for years.
Audrie killed both my mother and my father during a pack battle. My father, the Alpha was just trying to protect his pack from being defeated, but the Darkmoon army were too powerful. Most of the blue sky pack members were killed, wiping out almost our entire bloodline. I would have gotten the same fate, but I managed to run for my dear life.
