Reese looked down at Isaac. Isaac"s skin, gray in color, was cold and clammy; he began to shake. Reese grabbed a blanket to cover him just as Ping entered the room carrying towels and a basin of water. Placing the basin on the floor, she knelt next to Isaac. She pulled back the blanket and opened his shirt. The hole in his chest was black with blood; a piece of fabric protruded from the edge of the wound.
