The house on Dunbar Street was busy. Mad Dog and three of his men had arrived and were gawking about Crow"s office. Virgil asked Mad Dog, “What do you think?” “You"ve come a long way, Virgil. This is some place!” Mrs. O"Leary came in with a pot of coffee. Clark followed, carrying a tray with cups and man-size sandwiches. After Mrs. O"Leary and Clark left, Crow stood and spoke, “Better grab something to eat, it may be a while before we get another chance.” While they ate, their talk was a mixture of business and catch-up.
