At least we know now~ Nate~ Earth

Days have been going rather slow, but at least I'm with Nefeli. She's just a whole different breed. I am supposed to be working on pack matters but as you can tell, I'm thinking about more important matters, my Nefeli. Right now she is making some of her apple pie, which is incredible. I wonder if her mother taught her how to bake. I should ask her.' wait are you sure her mom is alive? ' Jack asked. Well I would have to ask her eventually. 'When is her birthday? Her favorite color? Her favorite season? I have no clue. I'm a whack mate.' I should file these in and arrange something for her... ' I concluded finding focus to finish the encyclopedia-looking file. After an hour of brain storming, I settled on a picnic. I rush to the kitchen and spot my Mom slicing herself a slice of Nefeli's pie. I hear my stomach growl, which makes her jolt and spin to face me looking like a toddler caught with their hand in the cookie jar. I quickly take a picture and send it to my Dad. I turn to her about to ask her for help but she pouting at me. " What?" I ask innocently. "Why are you and your Dad ganging up on me, I carried you for nine months!" she says begrudgingly. " Firstly, you carried me for five months, we're werewolves. Secondly, I need help organising a picnic for Nefeli. " I say the last part nervously. She squeals and runs about the kitchen collecting a bunch of snacks and stuff for picnics. I try to give a hand but for a woman in her thirties, she sure moves fast. "Here! All done, have you shown her that spot of yours? You should do it there." she says packing the blankets. I pause because I didn't even think of the location. My Mom passes the basket to me and I hug her tighter than I ever have. 'Thirty points for Mom, Zero for Dad ' I say in my head. I kiss her cheek and sprint to my cabin. Everyone knows it exists, but no one has seen it before. It's something close to my heart because I built it myself when I was twelve and had bad memories rooted in the pack house. It helped channel my anger and regret into something productive. I slow as reach the building guarded by tall shrubs and trees, hiding it from sight. It's quite big, because whenever I got mad I would renovate it and make it bigger, better. Now everyone is used to it; I get emotional or overwhelmed, disappear for like a week or month (but I would still handle pack work on my laptop) and then comeback better and normal. I step into the black, white and Egyptian blue themed living area. There is a slanted glass window that shows the sky on a platform by the couches and TV. I make room and lay the blanket, and set the food. I look at the wall clock 6:38pm. Time to get ready for my date. I step out making sure to lock up and sprinted back to the house and rush up the steps. Listening to the voices in the house checking if Nefeli is okay, then I hear Nefeli giggling at something dumb Jace said. I growl protectively getting alot jealous but I continue to shower making sure to groom myself well. ' Who you trying to impress? ' Jake says smirking. He's acting as if there are others, silly beast. Jake growls at me, ' foolish human. ' Well that pretty much sums up our relationship, touching ain't it? I mind-link Nefeli telling her to get ready for a date. After a series of questions like;'What is a date?', 'Why?','When' and 'What should I wear?' She finally agreed and told me to leave the house, though I felt her panic. I get my car parked by the entrance and face it, planning the best smouldering look to surprise her with when she gets out. I hear footsteps and prepare my face, waiting for the door to swing. Once it swings open, I turn and strike my pose, only to see Xavier giving Amara a piggy back ride. " What is wrong with thy face, Oh dearest Romeo?" Xavier asks in a feminine voice whilst Amara held in a laugh. I snarl at him causing him to run off with Amara laughing their butts off. I glare off in their direction. My glare was interrupted by a throat softly clearing in front of me. My eyes snap to a pair of steady blue eyes. Her hair was let down it's wavy long curls, her black strapless dress was short and tight just for me to see and she wore a pair of black pumps. I froze as I could look away.' bet you feel really under organised and under dressed, huh? ' Jake said to me, probably feeling disappointed in me. " Y-y... Wow, just wow." I say bedazzled beyond description. Is this really mine? It better be - but still. She's too perfect. She blushes a light pink and walks towards me. I look at the way her body gracefully moves; her hips slightly swaying with each step, the bounce of her curls and even the confident yet fragile stride of her legs. "Did I overdress or I'm I underdressed?" she asked timidly. I looked at her like she lost her mind. "I'm just, I mean, how... Wow! " I exclaimed making her laugh so hard she snorted then froze to look at me. I laughed not at her laugh but at the stupidity of my answer. We then continued laughing as we entered the car. She turns to me whilst trying to fasten her seat belt. " Where are we going?" she asks, whilst I fasten her seat belt for her. " Somewhere very special to me." I say vaguely. She nods seeming deep in thought. She pouts at me then looks out the window. I laugh placing a hand on her thigh, her skin is so smooth it's addictive. " Trying to read my mind, princess?" I ask her trying to make her blush. She turns to look at me, smirking. She nods trailing her hand up my arm, abort, abort, abort mission! I tense and exhale a shaky breathe " Princess be careful..." I trail into a groan when her hands massages my neck. " Are we there yet?" she asks, her voice low and seductively. I turn off the car and grab her hand. "Not yet, but we have to walk abit." I say looking into her eyes for hesitation, finding none, I open my door and walks around to open hers but she is already out the door closing it. Every single time... I gently grab her hand and lead her though the trees to the bush barrier, holding it open for her to walk through first. She smiles my way and walks through. I walk through and see her pause, she gasps and turns to look at me shocked. " You built this, didn't you?" she said sounding proud. I nod and walk up to her. She smiles and walks up to the porch. She steps aside to let me open. I gently place the key in her hand. She inspects it and then places it through the door, that is after two wrong tries. She unlocks the door and pushes it open gapping when she sees the inside. The moon light shining through the slanted glass onto the picnic looked amazing, and from her facial expression, the feeling was mutual. She turned to hug me, which I've discovered is her favorite thing to do. " Is this for me, us?" she asked looking at me with softened eyes. " Only you, love" I say placing a lingering kiss on her forehead. She sighs in content before releasing me. I lead her to the picnic. She sits and her skirt gets even higher, causing my to suck in a harsh breathe. She giggles not bothered at all and starts placing food on a plate. Once it's full, she hands it me. " So princess," I start taking a bite from a biscuit, " Tell me about you" I say looking at her pack up things onto her plate. She looks at me, almost adoringly before starting. She told me so much but it wasn't overwhelming, it was easing. She loves emerald green because it is my eye color, she is a warrior princess, she also hates dark chocolate (thank goodness!), she didn't have a family, Amara is a family friend, she hasn't tasted meat because there isn't much meat in Olympus and most goes to offerings, she loves nature and she has a spiritual pet dove called Jemimah. She even summoned her, she had the same eyes as her but white feathers. I told her also about myself, my likes, dislikes, fears and strengths. She looked at me like I was the only one. Even after I told her my fears, she still looked at me with adoring eyes. " Well I can't say I'm happy about -" she stops herself and doubles over screaming bloody murder. I speed to her side and I'm immediately hit with her scent. I look up at the moon again after cradling her in my arms. Full moon, now that's just great! note the extreme sarcasm. I lift her in my arms and carry her to my room. " Nate, what is happening? It burns! Aah make it stop, please!" she tells me pulling on my polo shirt. " It's okay love, you're... you're going through heat." I say finally getting the door open. I try to sit her on the bed but she is clinging to my body withering in pain. " Nate please stop it!" she screams into my chest. My resolve might be weak because I'm also going through a less intense version of heat. I turn to try and think but she grabs my face springing me around. She smashes her lips on mine almost hungrily, whilst wrapping her legs around me. " Nefeli, you don't know what it means- what I have to do..." I trail off as she trails kisses on my jaw, kissing lower. I don't want her to regret this. "Nefeli..." I say in my now husky voice as she finishes working my shirt off and moves to my slacks. Grabbing her hands I stop her "Nate I know and I'm ready, please just help me" she pleads with me. Jake isn't really helping me at all and she keeps saying she's ready and she's hurting. I push all reasoning out of my mind and decide to take the next step, being careful not to hurt her. I hope she won't regret this. Not that I could ever anyway...
