I can't believe it, I can't believe it!
' mate mate mate! ' Jake is chanting in my head. She really is here, she is in front of me. She is perfect; her red golden hair in a braided bun, her pale skin and tone physic, her warrior outfit, and the sword at her side. She looks so small but she's a fighter.
She is holding a small girl with Raven black hair. My mate was shielding her from the fall. She'd make a great Luna, I just know it.
I want to hold her and take her home but I don't think she will let me. She looks a bit dangerous but her face is innocent looking. I approach her slowly being cautious, didn't want her to go ninja on me. I reach by her curled up form, Xavier not far behind. I crouch down to her and tap her shoulder. No response. I grab her arm and it easily moves off the other girl.
I move to grab her body and her eyes fly open and faster than my eyes can register, she is on her feet, in a foreign fighting stance, with her sword at my neck. My pack members growl at her but she is unmoved by it, not even a nickel of fear in her being. She grabs the other girl and puts her on her shoulder as if she weighs nothing. I look into her eyes, they are a vicious blue, almost as if there are raging waters in her eyes. Her face set in a determined look.
"what are you and why have you brought us here?" she question, well, more like she demands and the whole pack flinches in fear and shock except me too mesmerised by her melodious voice. I stand and tower over her. She seems shocked then she reestablishes her posture almost to say, 'is that all you got? '
"My name is Nathaniel River Whithers and I'm alpha of this pack, we didn't bring you here, there was a problem with an invention that ended up bringing you here" I say without missing a beat.
" Soo you're werewolves and that brought me here in that painful portal? "she asks connecting dots. I nod and she seems pleased then her face contorts into a pout that almost has me breaking
'our mate is cute look at her face I wanna lick it ' Jake says in my head
' of course your want to lick it you animal' I say making him growl at me.
"wait, but you don't look human you're really tall and seem muscular- not to dishonor you feminity- and you have no figure and your dressing is weird." she says and I stiffle a laugh. she is too cute
" That's because I'm a male, and there is nothing feminine about me." I say and I hear my brother scoff at the last statement. She stares at me like I'm a weird contraption of sorts, then she looks at me in awe. I kind of like that look on her, directed at me that is, not anyone else. The girl on her shoulder stirs and lifts her body to stare at Xavier and she nudges the other girl who places her down but holds her hand. Xavier sees this and growls making me growl back.
The other girls eyes are such a light gray it's almost white. My mate looks at me but holds her hand.
"My name is Nefeli, daughter of goddess Athena." she says leaving everyone in shock and me extremely fascinated. The girl next to her looks at Nefeli who nods and the girl looks directly at Xavier
"My name is Amara, daughter of goddess Aphrodite." she says softly making people even more shocked
" Xavier Johnson gamma of this pack, Blue Crescent." he says softly and she smiles at him.
My mate stares at me maybe still shocked. She turns to the other girl, what's her name? Amara and Amara looks at her. Their eyes start glowing completely their eye color, and people around us gasp. Then they stop and stare back at us.
My mate smiles at me and my heart flutters and Jake howls in my head.
I look at the two girls and I notice the difference types of clothes they are wearing. Whilst Nefeli wears armor a golden helmet, a golden breast plate that compresses her chest, golden sleeves and fingerless gloves and golden sandals with a white undergarment up to her thighs like she is from fighting war in an ancient battle, Amara is wearing a pure white dress to her feet with two slits on each side, a golden rope to show her waist and a golden tiara that looks like leaves and flowers intertwining with each other. They obviously served different purposes wherever they were. They abruptly turn and start off.
"Wait! where are you going?" I ask panicked. My mate turns her head
" To find shelter for ourselves till we find a way back home in Olympus" she says almost nonchalantly, as if she doesn't care. Can she not feel the mate bond?
" Please don't go, please?" Xavier says equally desperate. And once again he shocks me, he has never said please to anyone, even his family. He either got it himself or kept quiet. His mate turns and looks at him, then starts walking towards him. My mate looks at me almost as if waiting for me to beg too. I raise a questioning eyebrow at her, which she returns challenging me. We stay like this for a while. She turns and takes a step,
" Please? Nefeli?" I say breaking immediately. She visibly shivers when I say her name, making me happy I have an effect on her. She turns and walks up to me. She looks like she is about to talk when.
"Natie, babe are you okay?!" she visibly winces.
" What is that screeching noise? " she asks looking genuinely shocked anyone would sound like that. I laugh and so does everyone else. Linda makes her way to us pouting and stomping her feet.
" Who is this? And why is she by my mate?" she asks innocently
"Linda I'm not your mate, stop telling people that, yours will come eventually. " I tell her suddenly tired.
" But babe" she whines
" Linda, " I warn her
" Why are you pretending in front of this bitc-" she starts
" Linda!" I yell using my alpha tone in her. She cowers away and bares her neck. I look at Nefeli my beautiful mate and find her frowning at me.
"What did I-"
" Don't shout at someone like that, she just misunderstood. "she says softly and then gives me that motherly look. I walk closer and grab her hand, and there they are, the sparks, she gasps and looks at me.
"Let's go" I say and she raises and eyebrow at me, hand on hip.
"What?" I ask confused. She stares past me at her friend and then groans following me. I smirk as Xavier laughs out loud.
"Where are we going, male?" she says in a teasing voice.
" Don't worry I won't eat you. "I say as I lead us towards the pack house, Mom and Dad will be so happy! I can't wait...
