Chapter 9 It was a long drive to Eagle Creek, and I found myself drifting in and out of sleep along the way. Seth’s hand hardly ever moved from my leg and I’d slipped into the middle seat an hour ago so that I could lean my head against his massive shoulder. Still not a fan of small talk, we didn’t speak much on the drive.
