What’s that? Why does it smell that way?” Alfred asked weakly.
“It’s medicine sir. It’s going to absorb the poison and make the pain stop “ Lisa said in a convincing way too and Alfred had no option than to take it. He just wanted this goddamn pain to stop so he could be himself again cause right now he wasn’t himself.
Lisa gave him the medicine and made him drink all of it. Immediately he took the medicine prepared by her and he started throwing up.
Lisa became worried. She helped him clean up when he stopped throwing up and made him lay on the bed and he drifted to sleep.
Lisa sighed softly as he watched him . He can’t believe just poison could bring down a ruthless man like Alfred. Such is life.
She cleaned the room and after she was done she sat on the couch in his roo
