Caged Up

GEORGE'S P.O.V

I was joking around with Mary when all of the sudden I heard a thudding noise behind me . I quickly looked back and saw Tracy lying down on the floor . I run to her , held her up and touched her forehead with my palm . She was burning up and was not active .

"What's wrong with her ?(Scared)”

"I don't know . Call an ambulance and give me some....some cold water ! . Tracy !?....Tracy!?"(hastily)

We waited in the hospital for about four hours . The doctor had already told us that they are trying their best an hour before . I stood up on my sit started wandering around ,worried . Then Mary hugged me from behind .

"You don't have to worry too much . You know I can't stand seeing you like that . And this time seeing you two not well I can't just live with myself. "

"(Chuckled )Everything is gonna be just fine Mary "

We fell asleep for about two hours then the doctor woke us up .

"Mr Woods ? .....Mr Woods ?"

"Yes doctor ?"

"You can see her now "

I quickly woke Mary up and we went in room number seven where Tracy was .

"Hey sweetie , how are you feeling ?" ( Softly)

I was standing behind Mary while she was talking to Tracy . I looked at Tracy before she replied to Mary . She looked weak and sorely . Tears filled my eyes .

"Dad ?"(weakly)

"Yes "(sniffing)

I knelt down beside the bed she was lying on .

"Why are you crying ?"(weakly)

"Nothing "

TRACY'S P.O.V

It had been a week since I came in the hospital . The doctor said that I should be in the hospital until he Figures out what my problem was .How long will that take I didn't know . My parents and my brothers came everyday to see me but never did Bobby or Maddie . Suddenly while I was still thinking my parents came in .

"Hey "

"Hi dad "

"Guess what I have got you "

"And what I have you bought for you "

"And me too !"

Mike raised his hands as he yelled that . I chuckled and they walked closer to me .

"Guys where is Chris ?"

"Oh , Chris is at his friend's house, um....(snap) Jack's house "

"This time ? "

"They are having a sleepover . Anyway back to the gifts . Since you lost your watch in England I figured I should buy you a new one .

"A Rolex ! .Thanks mom "

"Come on try it on "

"It looks good on you "

"Thanks dad . Thanks mom "

I hugged her smiling .

"You are welcome honey "

"Now for my masterpiece ."

" A new phone ,aww. "

"Thanks guys .... I love you mom and dad ."

I hugged them as I told them that .

"What about me ?"

"(chuckles) And you too "

The next Sunday they came to visit again this time , they acme with Chris .We were chatting ,all of the sudden the doctor barged in .

"Sorry for the interruption. Mr Woods can I talk to you "

"Sure "

"In private "

"Okay "

They went outside the room . I didn't pay them much attention because I didn't care , mostly cause I was distracted with the conversation I was having with my mother . After ten minutes he came back in then my mother asked him what the doctor said .

"Why ? "

"He said she has this parasite or virus . Its replicating "

"Oh thats just bullshit "(Angrily)

"(Both of them ) Mom ! , Mary !

She covered her mouth with her hands.

" There are kids here "

"Sorry , sorry (whispering) . So how are they gonna help her ?"

"They said they will transfer her to another hospital , capable enough to handle this issues . This hospital is not capable enough ."

"When will that happen ? "

"Tomorrow morning , ... thats if we will agree . "

" I'm I gonna die "( started crying )

"No,no,no "

He climbed on the bed I was sitting on and hugged me as tears fell from my eyes .

"I'm never gonna let that happen "

In the morning they drove me to another hospital in an ambulance ,my parents following behind . When we got there we entered in this building ,the strange thing was that it didn't seem like it was a hospital . As we were about to enter a room were I was going be treated I hid myself behind my dad .

"Dad I can't go in there without you " (Scared)

"You can .Because you Tracy , you are the bravest girl in the world ....and I want you to be brave in there ....for me ..for all of us "

I nodded , went to the doctors and looked back and forward as I went in the room .

GEORGE'S P.O.V

I waited for hours and hours , my mind just replaying what doctor Fold said "or else she will die " but still no one came with report about Tracy . At five in the evening a man of a young age in a black suit walked in , together with doctor Fold and I called him .

"Mr Woods you are still here ? "

"Yes , I have been here the whole day . Come on what's going on with my daughter"

"Mr Woods I can't tell anything now , we are still working on that "

"You need to come to Tomorrow "

"Tomorrow ? . You said this will be quick "

"Mr Woods , come tomorrow please , you will get her "

After saying those words he left ,I also left . When I got home I told Mary all about it and she told me to be patient , its true though I was impatient. In the morning we got ready to go get Tracy then somebody knocked on the door . I quickly went to see who it was and I found Tracy's friends .

"Good morning Mr Woods ,is Tracy home ?"

"No , Tracy has been sick for about two weeks now . She is at the hospital "

"Sick ? "

"Yes , we were just about go get her from the hospital right now "

"Can we came along "

"Sure "

We went to the hospital again . On the reception I asked to see Tracy Woods .

"I'm sorry sir , we don't have anyone called by that name "

"Check again "

" I'm sorry sir I still can't find her "

"What do you mean , I came with her yesterday ! "

"What's going on ? "

"She is saying they don't have her here . Yet I brought her yesterday ."

"Miss , can you please just check one more time "

"Yes "

"Thank you "

"I'm sorry I still can't find her "

"Damn it ! . Okay . Okay , can I speak to doctor Fold ?"

" We don't have any doctor assigned by that name "

"What !?, I was with him..., lady please can just speak to him "

"I wish I could help but we don't have anyone doctor called that "

Mary started talking to her but I couldn't hear them because I was angry looking around for Fold but I couldn't see him . I saw the room that Tracy went in and I run to it while Mary and the reception lady were calling me . I barged in the room calling Tracy then the security guys kicked us out of the building . As we were walking to the car , Bob ,Tracy's friend jumped in front of me .

"Where is Tracy ? "

I looked at him sadly and face down .

"She is missing "(weakly)

"What ?" ( Shocked )
