Panic

We got home late but something wasn't right ,the gate was wild open and there were tyre marks . On my way to get in the house , I spot a phone and then picked it up .

I went in the house calling Tracy but she never answered . I rushed up stairs to her room but she wasn't there .

"Hey , is anything alright ?

"Did Tracy say she was going anywhere ?

"No .

"Never mind , I will just call her .

I called her , in a second I heard a sound on her bed . I reached under her blanket and pulled out her phone .

"George what's happening ? .

"I don't know , I think ....I think something happened to Tracy .

MADDIE'S HOUSE

Phone rings .

"Yes this is Mrs Brown , how may I help you ?

"Hi Jane , it's Mary .I was just wondering , is Tracy there ?

"No ,Maddie said she was gonna spend a night at your house . Is anything alright ?

"....we ah .....we found Maddie's phone in our front yard . And Tracy is not here too.

"It's pass nine , they are never that late .

"I know , I think you should just get over here.

"I will be there in a minute.

I drove to Tracy's house late at night . I got there and I found police cars in their front yard .My mind started to tremble with questions , my heart got hyper causing my stomach to tremble .I walked in the house to Mary .

"What's happening Mary , where is Maddie ?

"I don't know Jane , I don't know . I called you I called Bobby's house but they didn't go there.

"What about Bobby ,what did he say ?

"They said he is not home too.

"The police ?

"They are still looking .

I was so scared , troubled and I didn't know what to do . I called Ethan .

"Hey sweetie .

"Hey(crying)

"Jane , what's wrong .

"Maddie is missing Ethan (crying)

"What ?!

I couldn't saying my voice was shielded by the pain in the my heart .

"I'll be there first thing in the morning .

"OK (crying)

Mary came with a coat and told me that I was gonna sleep at her house that night. I couldn't sleep at all , I was just thinking about my baby girl , linking back to that tragic moment seven years ago. I fell asleep and then I had a dream.I was standing in a forest , looking up in the sky and then I heard voices , I looked to my right side Maddie drowning in a pitch dark hole . I jumped to her ,hold her hand and started pulling her to my side. I then heard another voice behind me calling "mom, mom help !!". I turned around and saw Jim , behind him was a colossal fire. I reached for him with my left hand pulling him , suddenly something pulled me under the ground leaving Maddie to be sucked by the darkness and Jim by the fire .I woke up in fear , Ethan was already there and held me in his arms ,

"It's alright I'm here " he said. I started woke up and sat down and then explained everything to him . He also couldn't get it , how can they just disappear. We had breakfast and left .

BOBBY'S HOUSE

"Mom ! , mom ! . I'm home , Bobby ! ? . Where is everybody ?

I heard a voice in the kitchen .

"Mom ?

"Oh !! (startled and drops a cup ). Kate (breaths heavily ) .

"Mom where is everyone and where is Bobby , and dad ?

"Your dad is out looking for Bobby .

"What did he do this time ? (while picking up a glass of water )

"He didn't do anything . Kate Bobby is missing .

"Mom I've already told you before your are bad at jokes , so just stop .

"Kate this isn't a joke , Bobby is missing .

"Serous ?

"If you think I'm joking try calling him or ask your dad or everybody else .

"Ok(calling Bobby )

A FEW MINUTES

"I don't get it , how can a seventeen year old boy go missing .... and two other girls .

"I don't know honey .

"I'm gonna find them ,I won't stop until I find them . I'm going to the Woods house right now .

A STRANGE PLACE

I woke with a pain behind my head ,I tried to reach where the pain was but my hands were tied and it was dark . A man came in ,switched on the light and came closer to me .

"Who are you ?!! and what do you want with me ?( in fear)

"Shh . Don't worry I'm not gonna hurt you ..... only if you do what we say . (softly )

"What do you want ? (intimidated )

" Your father ... he has something that belongs to me and I want it back . And you gonna help us .

"What.....what thing ? (hesitating )

"That's a secret . You just have do it OK , and we will let you go .

The man then pulled out a phone in his pocket and called my dad and a few seconds later he answered it .

"Hello .

The man puts the phone on my ear .

"Hello , dad ? dad ? (while breathing heavily )

"Tracy ?! is that you ?

"Yes .

"Where are you , what happened ?

"Dad ,there is a man and he is saying that you have something of his and he wants you to give it back .

That silenced him for while , and then the man spoke to him .

"Listen George, I know you can hear me .If you don't bring back my virus I'm gonna kill your little girl and those other little shits . You have forty eight hours .

He then hang up the call . I was confused , and then I remembered when my dad came looking strange and talking about moving again , then I said to myselft "this is the reason for the strange scene than day " .

"What does my father have to do with this ?( I asked like I didn't hear him talking on the phone )

"What ?

"My father why is he concerned with this?

"He made us a virus about ten year ago but his wife destroyed it , so he killed him . Now he made us another but he is running away with it .

"Wait wife ? . Ella Woods ?

"Yeah .

"No (whispering )

"He didn't tell you .That's hush kid (laughing ).

I faced down , my heart couldn't accept the terrible news ,choosing to denied the truth but I couldn't."My own father ,no this can't be true , it can't be " ,I then started to cry .

FIVE MINUTES EARLIER

"This is about me , don't include the kids, let them go .....hello ! ..... hello !.

I throw the phone regardlessly , touched my head angrily .And then someone called me "Mr woods !" . I looked and it was Kate Anderson . Telling from the looks of her face she heard everything and I was so speechless .
