My grandfather told me he would stay until Elisa woke up. He made his people book an entire floor of the most expensive hotel, and after he was sure Eddie and Peyton were off the hook, he retired to his room.
Eddie and Peyton arrived at the hospital minutes later. "Man, your grandfather showed up with a presidential pardon..." he said, and I laughed. Yes, that was Grandpa Vedder, everyone. He was a man who solved the current issue and any other issues that would come up in the future. He hated wasting time-solving the same thing over and over.
"He said he would stick around until Lisa gets better..." I sighed, and he nodded.
