GLENDA'S POV I tossed restlessly on my bed. It was well into the night and sleep eluded me. My mind was a maze. The events of the day had stirred a torrential turmoil within me. The iota of peace I thought I was beginning to have dissipated into thin air as though it never existed. I was a mess! Both mentally and physically. Neither was beneficial to my health.
