ARTEMIS' POV:-
After dinner, which obviously looked more like a date, Elijah took me to the beach. He and I were sitting on the bonnet of his car. Both of my arms were wrapped around his arm. My head was placed on his shoulder. "The moon looks extremely beautiful tonight. I know it is not a full moon night. It's tomorrow. But why does it look bigger and more beautiful than the moon on the night of the full moon?" I whispered while staring at the moon. I had no idea why I said it out loud. I didn't know why I felt that way. I just felt this comfort, this unimaginable feeling of protection around me. And not just that, I felt my surroundings very beautiful that night.
He didn't once acknowledge that night as the first date for us. But it sort of felt like he brought me out on a date
