"How did your brother die?"

I couldn't help but ask. But after I did he tightened his hold no me, like was going to leave him.

"I'm not going anywhere." said Emma putting her forehead to Ace's forehead.

"Mages had put a mind control spell on him. They told him to kill me. I had no choice at the time. I didn't know how to broke the spell. So....I had to kill him. but at the end......he.....only smiled at me and said thank you."

What she did surprised me. She had put my head to her breast. I could hear heart beat. I was nice and steady. She started to rub the back of my head.

"Lucas and I was token from our parents when I was a baby.Lucas was trained to be a knight and left after his training. I was trained to be a mage. I finished when I was seven. The youngest every. They said it was because of Elijah. he said it was because I was a fast learner. After you become a mage you travel around to find what life means. Lucas come with me because how young I was. We where on are way to the Lelholean when we ran into a wounded demon. Lucas said to leave him. But I couldn't leave him. I used a healing spell on him. We waited until we woke up. After he did he attacked Lucas. I yelled and explained what happened, he saw that he was healed he take us where he was hiding the others. They welcomed us with open arms. We stayed there for tree months there until the Oshaenakadi Kingdom. I told them to run while I hold them off. I didn't give them an option. I thought they been though enough in their life. So I would take the hit. They took me to their jail part of the castle. I was whipped, ironed, and burned. they all left scars. From what Lucas told me I was in there for a year. Lucas had broke me out though the skylight. Lucas had to carry me to the campsite that the other demons where at. It took me awhile to get back to my feet, half a year. When I saw how they were living, I thought of a plan that would help the demons. I scatted the land and found the Dreneanid Kingdom ruins. I told the demons about the Kingdom and they agreed to the plan. They started a new life, one they shouldn't have to make. They shouldn't have to be afraid to live. Everything was good, but the man the we helped wanted to save more. And the first time he did, he died to a mage. after that I took his place."
