The four of them reached the supermarket about twenty minutes later. As Victoria had said, the small village was lacking a lot of necessities, so its inhabitants and the other villages around probably congregated at that supermarket whenever they needed something. The customers were mostly elderly doing their weekly grocery shopping, and the four young women were an unusual sight, from all the gazes they were getting. "What do we need?" Clara asked. "Let's assume we'll have to sleep in the area, so grab snacks and drinks. The food was decent at that grandpa's pub so we should have dinner there. Dahlia, what do you think?" "I agree," Dahlia nodded. "To be honest, if I can't call out my shadows, I bet the monsters can't get to the village either." "But we can't be sure," Clara frowned.
