The violent sea held The Phantom in its grip for another hour. By the time the Captain sailed his ship into calmer waters, all of them, even Pete, were feeling bright green around the gills. Bird had actually vomited and the stench was bringing Toby’s dinner closer and closer to the back of his throat.
