Forever and Always

"... Somewhere in the woods, he calls for me. I need to find him. But where?

I've been walking since eternity now. That scent. I've known it before. I need to find him. He needs me. I started to run. He needs me. I need to find him before... before them(?) 

They'll hurt him. They call him a monster for he is not. I must hurry. That sound...

It's a different place. There's fire everywhere. They'll kill him. I can't let them. I taste salt. 

Tears.

I've been crying and bleeding. But this agony inside my heart numbs everything. I want to run... to save him but strong arms held me. I can't free myself. There are screams and fire and people. But all I see is those eyes... the piercing gaze which somehow still has the tenderness and all the love they carried. How can they be so calm and serene? 

I looked into them and fell deeper and deeper. In this moment of chaos, I found peace. A familiar voice called my name. A light touch of thought in my brain. 

I'm yours. Forever and Always. 

Forever and Always. I said back as came the final blow. 

And my heart shattered into million pieces. The pain throbbing in my chest is unbearable. I screamed but it's lost in the echoes of war... "
