“What were you doing there, Mason? What if the quads or their father saw you at their packhouse?
Do you know the consequences of your actions?” I tried to keep my voice down as I didn't want the others to find out about me.
If they somehow trace my location, then I would be the one to face a dangerous situation.
Those four might put me at stake for lying to them. I still remember that Damon, the eldest of the quads, despises liars.
“Relax, Ari. Take a deep breath, will you? Did you forget that I am quite good at changing my appearance?” He asked me with a confident smile on his face.
