After a few days of recuperation, Julia was still set on returning to her own home.
"Was my hospitality not good enough, Julia?"
Luke put on a pitiful act, trying to persuade Julia to stay. "My uncle's out of the country right now. If he finds out you left while he's gone, I'm in for it!"
Julia gave a soft smile. "No worries, my condition has improved a lot after taking the medicine. The doctor even said I could get some fresh air. You can visit me when you have time."
