"Are you really certain, Czerie?" Alejandro asked me to confirm my intention as soon as Alistair took me away from the headquarters after opening it up about getting off from fertility control.
The excitement in his tone had brought a smile to my face, not because I was happy, but I wanted to see that smile be in vain soon.
"Yes, Alejandro. It's just that—"
I wasn't able to finish my words when Alejandro hugged me. "We would like to have a family with you, too! At last..." My eyes widened before my eyes set on Alistair, whose features were softening.
