The Vampire Luna

Chapter 51

Sebastian closed the door and I took a deep breath as I hugged him from behind. He chuckles and says as he hugs me, "What are you thinking about?" I look at him and ask as I wrap my arms around his neck, "Do you think you can go back with us?" He smiled and said, "You mean back to the castle?" I smile as I nod and he says as he gives me a kiss, "I would love to but I have to get information from the rogues." I sigh as I say, "Okay." He sighs and says, "I have one problem with getting the information." I look at him confused and ask, "What's the problem?" He says as he passes his fingers through his hair, "They have a curse that will kill them if they try to speak." I nod and say, "That makes it very hard. If they were vampires I would be able to help." He looks at me confused and asks, "What do you mean by that?" I bite my bottom lip and squint as I try to think of a way to explain what I mean. He looks at me expectantly and I say, "There are vampires that keep underlings and usually a spell is made to make them be unable to harm or even accuse their master. I am capable of breaking that spell and if it's strong I am able to enter their mind and see whatever they want to say to me." He smiled and said, "I wish you could do that to these rogues, maybe then I would be able to go back with you." I smile and Sapphire said, "We now have merged all of our powers and I think we can try and see if we can help our mate." I said surprised, "do you think we can do that?" She replied, "We would have to try and see if we can."  I nodded and I said to Sebastian with a huge smile, "Sapphire says that since we have fully merged maybe we can use my vampire power on the rogues." He looked at me surprised then asked, "How were you able to make that girl writhe in pain?" I looked at him confused as I said, "I am able to inflict mental pain to others but it takes a toll on my body." He looked at me expectantly again then I said confused, "But thinking back, I wasn't tired or even in pain after doing that." I said to Sapphire, "I think this will work. I am capable to use my a form of telepathy in order to inflict pain to someone that is not close to me but that usually causes me pain or physical fatigue but this time I did not have that, did you help me?"  I sensed a smile form her and she said, "We share a body now and your usual energy has just gained a big boost form me." I smile as I say to Sebastian, "Can we go try it out?" He sighed then said, "I'll check with Jon and Laura, change into comfortable clothes." I nod and begin to go through my bag. 

Sebastian was on the phone and I heard him say, "We will meet you there in 10 minutes." I had put on black leggings and a black t-shirt that matched what Sebastian had changed into. I got up and said, "Where are we meeting them?" He smiles and says, "We are going to try your idea, that means we are going to the dungeons" I hug him and say, "I hope we can do it, then you will go meet my mother." He kisses me and says, "If it works I think that is something I don't want to miss." I look at him confused and he says, "Your father returning will be a big shock." I sigh with worry and say, "I'm actually scared of them seeing each other." He kisses my forehead as he says, "I'll be with you." I hug him and he says, "Let's go before I decide to take you to bed." I begin to laugh as he takes my hand and we begin to leave our room. 

We arrived to the entrance to the dungeons and we were met by Jon and Laura. I smiled and said, "Hello, Alpha Jon and Luna Laura." They smiled and Laura said, "Hello to you too, Queen Luna Alice." I said playfully, "I'm not a Luna yet." Jon said respectfully with a smile, "If you bare King Alpha Sebastian's mark, you are already the Luna." I look at Sebastian and he adverted his eyes as Laura began to laugh. I said a bit worried, "What if the pack doesn't like me?" They all looked at me confused and Laura said, "The pack will love you! You are strong, kind and a total badass! If that weren't all you are also Queen Luna and the first in a very long time." I looked at her then said, "There was another Queen Luna?" She nodded then Sebastian said, "I will tell you all about that but how about we go in before it gets more late." I nod and we begin to walk inside. 

As we enter the area where the first rogue was kept I covered my nose and I said to Sebastian, "What's that smell?" He squeezed my hand as he replied, "That's what a rogue smells like." I frowned and Laura said as she walked next to me, "Is the smell to much for you?" I shook my head then said, "I was just not ready for such a strong smell. I will adjust in a few minutes." She smiles and Jon said, "Here we are." The cell was small and had a pair of chains attached to the ceiling but that's all that's needed. I saw a man wearing short curled at the corner of the room. Sebastian says, "He didn't tell us much except that he could not betray THEM." I look at him and say, "Can I go in?" He hesitated and I said, "I have to have contact with him or look him in the eyes." He sighed and said, "I'm also going in." I placed my hand on his chest as I said, "I can protect myself. If you go in, he might get hostile." They all nodded and the door was opened for me. As I walked in I saw him looking at me cautiously.
