I'm awaken by a gentle knock on the door. I run my fingers through my hair down to my shoulders before heading to the door. Upon opening it, I saw Hailey with two servants.
I let them in and greeted them sheepishly. Hailey nod her head and instruct the servants to settle the food on the table. They bid farewell, but Hailey stayed behind.
"Did you have a good sleep?" she ask after settling herself on the couch.
"Yes... I'm sorry I woke up late." I apologize timidly. Then I sit on the chair in front of her. Hailey smile at me and help me prepare the food. "That's okay, at least I know that you're comfortable with us."
"You can join me... if you're okay with it." I said to her. It would be embarrassing to eat alone.
