Emma and Alexander, both amped up for the visit, advanced toward Emma's old neighborhood to rejoin with her folks. As they showed up at her family home, Emma's heart dashed with expectation, and Alexander anticipated gathering her folks once more, reviewing the glow of their past experiences.
"Alex, I'm so happy you're here to meet my people once more," Emma radiated, pressing his hand.
"I'm excited, Emma. They were superb the last time, and I can hardly hold back to get up to speed," Alexander answered, returning her grin.
They ventured inside the comfortable house, loaded up with recollections and the consoling fragrance of home-prepared feasts. Emma's folks welcomed them heartily, wrapping them in embraces.
"Mother, Father, Alexander is here with me. He says he misses you all," Emma
