The morning after their encounter with Emma's folks, Alexander felt a load on his chest. He knew a discussion with his family was unavoidable. Plunking down for breakfast, he looked at Emma, an implicit worry in his eyes. "Hello, Alex, what's at the forefront of your thoughts?" Emma asked, seeing the wrinkle on his brow.
