Chapter Twenty Eight
“You brought him here!”I say and she nods her head.
“This is what I have as well”. She pulls out a set of keys from her pocket and unlocks the prison door. After several attempts and her starting to panic, the doors are open and it feels unfilled. “Come on out, hurry up”. She says, and almost feels like I am glued to the floor of the prison. Like I am telling myself this is where I belong and I should not be leaving.
“ Stella. I don't know if this is a good idea”, I say to her, and she does not wait for me to be in doubt. She just grabs my hand and yanks me towards her, leading me out of the prison cell. It feels weird to be looking inside from the outside, and right as she locks it, she says,
