Alitha's POV
I was stunned and steady my gaze to him. I looked at him carefully and studied his attitude but he lowered his head. Something was not right with him. I hated it when he's acting that way. I wanted him to be honest and not like this. If he didn't want me to talk to Josh, then he must tell me.
"Okay, I'll go with you, Josh." I said that because of irritation. I wanted him to think that I didn't noticed his actions. That I can't have that habit of his. He should talk to me, he won't act like that instead. He would even embarrass me in front of his friends.
I saw Josh grinned and winked at me. I smiled softly at him but there's a pinch of embarrassment I felt secretly inside of me. I don't like it. I don't like how it feels. Niko stood up and left without saying goodbye to us
