I’m careful not to land too far into the room. It shouldn’t be hard to fly right back out should the nightmare puppet try to grab me.
But the faceless Malyn doesn’t move, just as I suspected. She sits like the lifeless puppet that she is.
I think about changing back into my girl form, but decide I’m better off being able to fly out of here if need be.
I hop carefully toward nightmare Malyn. One small hop after another. She doesn’t react.
I get bold and begin cooking up a plan for turning back into human form, then reaching into the mirror and pulling Sentry out. It’s a vague plan, but if Malyn can pull Sentry into the mirror, maybe I can pull him out of it.
