Jonathan Sanders carried Isabella Gomez steadily, so much so that she didn't even notice she had been moved while asleep. It wasn't until she woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom that she realized she was not in her own room, and there was someone working diligently beside her.
Jonathan Sanders leaned against the headboard, with a laptop on his knees emitting a flickering light, casting shadows over his face, making his features appear even more stern. "How did I get here?" She was still wearing her pajamas.
