Chapter 267: Rescue
Jonathan Sanders hid by the door, able to hear the conversation on the balcony, "Can't you see yet? Do I need to lift the child even higher?"
Peering out cautiously, Jonathan Sanders saw a man holding Ling Yi, whose body was limp.
Jonathan Sanders's chest tightened, and he clenched his fists tightly.
Not seeing the other kidnapper, Jonathan Sanders dared not rush out, especially since the kidnapper was holding the child at the edge of the rooftop. One misstep, and the child could fall off the building.
"Put the money in the trash can right now, or I'll throw the child off this building."
Whatever the response was, the kidnapper shouted, "Want to make sure the child is still alive? Alright, then listen!"
The kidnapper suddenly slapped Ling Yi, who began to cry.
