Blossom City was an independent city in the Immortal Continent. It wasn’t ruled by any powerful kingdom, imperial family, or organization. It was instead ruled by a council elected by anyone present during the election time. Because of this no organization or kingdom dared to annex it after all they would be facing more than half of the martial world. The city was very peaceful because there were volunteered guards everywhere and they were financed by the rental fee of business workers there.
