BOOK 15
October 19th was a special day. Not for me, but for my friend Rachel. It was four months since she had been dating Josh and they would have celebrated that evening. She told me that he was going to pick her up at 8pm and that the only thing she had to do was wearing something elegant; the rest was a surprise. Rachel dug up the marvelous, long caramel-colored dress she had put at the wedding of one of her cousins and that she hadn’t wear anymore since then. She would have looked amazing. She was really ecstatic. I never saw her so happy.
“How will I focus on my work today? I’ll do nothing but think about tonight, what will happen, where will he take me, where will we make love...”
