The week ended quicker than expected, I was bouncing in my seat as I made my way home. Piper had texted me to let me know that she was waiting for me at my parents house. My excitement was bubbling over as I pulled up in front of my parents house. I barely had the car in park when Piper ran out of my parents house. She squealed as I climbed out of my car, barreling herself into my arms. Her short brown hair with blonde highlights, tickled the side of my face.
