I stroked my swollen belly as I stood in the kitchen of Nathan and I’s new home. The night that I was in the hospital Nathan was in a hurry to get back home. He kept saying he had something he had to deal with. Little did I know that “thing” would be him buying us a house. We finally had everything unpacked and put where it’s meant to go. It looked like a real home.
“Hey mama bear, you’re missing out on your own party.” Piper said, coming around the corner and joining me in the kitchen.
